It is the same for all dealers. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. In many cases, your metal finish selection may determine how long your lighting will take. Please view finish options for more information on this. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY FOR YOUR PROJECT. We cannot check status on your order until after 4 weeks of placing your order. Open and inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Please do not wait until your Electrician or Contractor arrives before opening all boxes.

We are one of the largest volume Arroyo Craftsman Dealer/Distributors in the State of Illinois. We sell more Arroyo Craftsman products than any other product line and show their entire line. We know the product lines' inside and out and often work directly with the factory, located in California. We also frequently execute custom work with Arroyo Craftsman and have produced some outstanding results for our customers.

Most of our competition will wait for weeks before forwarding your order on to Arroyo Craftsman. They may wait until they have "enough" orders to fulfill a minimum, in order to beget inward free freight. This typically results in a much longer lead-time for your product. We always place your order with the factory within 24 to 48 hours regardless of how many separate orders we have.

Many web dealers will say "the manufacturer will not allow us to list our pricing". It is generally not the case. We are a very reputable small business that supports a well-composed showroom full of quality, hand made products. Our goal is to offer the best possible quality, assist with your decisions, and support the products we offer to the best of our ability. We literally bend over backwards to please and make sure that you are making the right decisions. Our many return customers can attest to this.

There are many options available with Arroyo Craftsman Lighting, which may include a decorative detail, glass or mica color, and finish. In most cases, if you like the picture image displayed as is, then the model number and options as shown will be listed just under the picture (or the first chart). Having multiple options available can often be useful for a designer, specifier, or for anyone who may be attempting to match or complement existing architectural elements or coloration. This can however be a bit confusing to someone who just simply wants to order a fixture. We understand this and this is why we are available via either phone or email to help you make any appropriate decision. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE CAN HAVE YOUR CHANDELIER OR PENDANT MADE TO ANY DESIRED OVERALL HEIGHT (ceiling to the bottom of the lanterns).

Arroyo Craftsman Limited Warranty:

All materials and component parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of sale. The liability is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of such parts by Arroyo Craftsman where, in their opinion, damage is caused by defect and not misuse or incorrect installation. Please note that free-hanging and some wall-mount fixtures may not be suitable for high wind areas. The liability is limited to such repair or replacement being made at Arroyo Craftsman. Freight charged to and from Arroyo Craftsman will be borne by the purchaser. No claims for labor or other charges at the job-site will be allowed, unless specifically authorized in writing by Arroyo Craftsman. This warranty is automatically voided if any unauthorized repairs or alterations are made. Arroyo Craftsman finishes will darken with age. This process may accelerate when exposed to extreme sun or moisture.
